1. Products
All Limited Edition prints are Fine Art museum-grade prints on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm, signed, numbered and supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity. Each edition is strictly limited (e.g. 25 copies).

2. Made to Order
Limited Edition prints are NOT pre-printed stock. They are produced to order based on your choice of photograph, size, paper, edition number and certificate name. Production starts only after full payment.

3. Orders & Payment
Orders are placed via Typeform inquiry followed by a Stripe Payment Link or bank transfer. 100% payment in advance is required. Production begins upon receipt of payment.

4. Shipping
Prints are produced by our lab partner WhiteWall (Germany) and shipped in museum-grade packaging with insured courier. Estimated delivery: 5-10 working days in EU. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

5. Right of Withdrawal / Returns
For Limited Edition made-to-order prints: Pursuant to Article 16(c) of EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to goods made to order or clearly personalized. By placing the order, you expressly request immediate production and you agree to waive the 14-day withdrawal period. No returns or refunds for change of mind.

For Open Edition ready-stock prints (if available): You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw. The print must be returned intact, unused, in original packaging at your expense.
6. Damaged or Defective Prints
In case of transport damage or manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ursu.eu with photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging and the print. We will arrange a free replacement print. No cash refund, only replacement.

7. Colors & Variations
Slight color variations due to monitor calibration and viewing light are not considered a defect. All prints are manually color-checked before shipping.
